He managed and directed one of the world's leading performance programmes and was responsible for the IDENTIFICATION, RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT of over 50 elite young football players including Internationals and Premier League regulars such as Wayne Rooney, Francis Jeffers, Gavin McCann, Leon Osman,Jack Rodwell, Ross Barkley, Michael Ball, David Unsworth, Richard Dunne,Tom Davies, Jonjoe Kenny,Antonee Robinson and Anthony Gordon.
